A Mask ... or 25% of your Paycheck?

It's my hope that we are adjusting pretty well going into the latter part of this extraordinary year. I was in Broward County yesterday where masks are mandatory in public, which now,  seems like such a small effort to do our part. Do you remember at first, we thought that masks, sanitizer and temperature pistols were such a hassle let alone having lunch with one another.

Looking into the professional sports world, the NBA has put together a plan to reopen their playing season at the end of July starting in Orlando. And we thought we were inconvenienced when we couldn't find paper products two months ago. We'll, the NBA players are experiencing some real change with a 25% withholding on their paychecks per their Collective Bargaining Agreement to share in the season's monetary losses. Along with basketball, the PGA will start up tomorrow with the Charles Schwab Challenge at Colonial CC in Fort Worth, Texas.

The lesson in all this may well be summed up in Mahatma Gandhi's statement, "Be the change you wish to see in the world."!

Success in all your efforts,

John
